Judith G. Lindenberger, President. For 20+ years, Judy has focused solely on driving people performance - as a human capital professional, helping numerous organizations leverage their most important resource: people. From improving presentation skills to helping managers become better coaches, from building teams to assessing and managing conflict, Judy focuses first on aligning the intervention with the business need. She designed and facilitated the first-ever sexual harassment prevention training workshops for federal workers. She spent four years at a major bank, eventually leading the training and development department and implementing a leadership development institute. As senior HR consultant for a Fortune 100 company, she created a highly successful mentoring program that won the national Athena Award for Mentoring two consecutive years and which gave her the nickname: "the wizard of mentoring.". A regular speaker at industry conferences and a published author, Judy holds a B. A. in communications and an MBA with a concentration in human resources. In her spare time, Judy serves as vice president, Board of Trustees, for the YWCA of Trenton and board member, Hopewell Valley Regional Board of Education.
